Services Refunds

  • Installation Services: Once an installation service has been completed and accepted by the client, refunds are generally not available. If you believe there was an error or unsatisfactory work, please contact us within 7 days to discuss possible remedies.
  • Repair Services: For repair services, if the issue persists or the service was not performed to the agreed standards, please contact us within 7 days for a review. Refunds or additional service visits may be arranged on a case-by-case basis.

Product Refunds

  • Eligibility: Refunds on products (e.g., solar panels, accessories) are accepted if the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Customized products or installation services that have already been completed are non-refundable.
  • Process: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at refunds@sabtechsolar.com with your order details. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase if the service or product has not yet been initiated or dispatched. After this period, cancellation may incur a fee or may not be allowed.
